These have included small extensions and alterations to major new build houses with swimming pools and to more traditional country residences requiring specialist renovations.

WHP have experience in hostel’s working for the Youth Hostel Association, providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on their recently completed refurbishment of the Youth Hostel at Malham, North Yorkshire including construction of a new classroom activity room for visiting schools, value £45O,OOO. WHP are currently assisting with a number of smaller projects for refurbishment of bedrooms and public spaces on other hostel sites for the Youth Hostel Association.

Individual Quantity Surveyors have historic experience of new build and refurbishment of student accommodation, nursing homes, extra care and dementia care homes, private and Local Authority housing. A variety of these projects have been procured through funding from Housing Corporation or PFI.

WHP have a thorough and detailed knowledge of construction procurement techniques, and forms of contract, their spread of work ranges from small simple projects through to complex million pound plus schemes. As with most Consultant practices, client satisfaction is key but with WHP each project is individually managed.
