CASINOS:
Working for the UK’s largest Casino operator Genting UK Ltd, WHP have been involved with a number of projects ranging in value from £25Ok - £12.5M fitting out in developers shell units or refurbishing existing Casinos, working to tight timescales and budgets on high quality ‘fitting out’ projects.

Refurbishment projects require businesses to be kept fully operational throughout the project requiring phased and temporary works. WHP have considerable experience of working within these constraints and have successfully delivered all projects undertaken within budget.

SWIMMING POOLS:
WHP have worked on a number of projects incorporating swimming pools, including a new pool and viewing gallery for Bradford Grammar School, a new pool and leisure block for Europa Hotel, Crawley and several pools for private residential Clients.

SPORTS PAVILIONS:
WHP provided Quantity Surveying services for Bradford Grammar School's new sports pavilion, a £1.3 million individually designed sports pavilion including new changing and shower facilities, meeting rooms and viewing gallery.

HOSTELS:
Working for the Youth Hostel Association, WHP provided Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on their recently completed refurbishment of the Youth Hostel at Malham, North Yorkshire including construction of a new classroom activity room for visiting schools, value £45O,OOO. WHP are currently assisting with a number of smaller projects for refurbishment of bedrooms and public spaces on other hostel sites for the Youth Hostel Association. New project at Brighton fitting out an existing former hotel to create a new hostel. New project for a new build hotel at Boggle Hole, North Yorkshire.
