WHP have carried out Quantity Surveying services:-

- Mamas & Papas new office and high bay distribution warehouse and associated external works in
   Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, with a total floor area of 9O,OOOft2 a value of £6.5million. Built in
   two phases

- Mamas & Papas new high bay distribution warehouse and associated external works in
   Huddersfield, West Yorkshire with a total floor area of 46,OOOft2 a value of £5.75million

- Swann Morton new offices, laboratories and manufacturing unit in Sheffield, with a total floor
   area of 24,OOOft2 and a value of £ 1.3million.

WHP have also experience on other industrial and manufacturing units for brick manufacture,
specialist kiln lining manufacture, warehousing and production units throughout the UK for a
number of other Clients gained over the last 3O years.

I worked closely with Tony Bishop on the delivery of Mamas and Papas projects over a number of years. These included head office and logistics facilities as well as their retail network. Tony’s extensive knowledge of procurement and contract law ensured that projects were delivered on time and on budget.
